liked this case alot its my second month with it , i would like it more if it could have pink background , or something different , overall the case and quality is amazing

Wife got this for me via finding and searching for magsafe and character designs, I am guessing certain keywords are met because this place is the only one who would show up first. Excluding the fact that it really isn't mag-safe compatible at all. They should really insert that in the descriptions of these cases, I am sure I am not the only person who ran into this issue and leaving it to faith to believe it was.
The case is lovely, I like the material. Unfortunately do not buy this thinking it will be Magsafe. I tried everything to make it hold, but the case itself would nullify any mag-safe device. Putting metal behind the case won't matter. The only way for it to work properly is if you used the metal ring and stuck it on the case, ruining the design itself. All in all, if it was magsafe it would have been easy 5-stars.
I can't really return this because the cost itself doesn't make much sense to send it back because you're paying for the shipping. And I know they know that too. Basic math and effort means you won't be returning this thing after you purchase anyway. I'm going to submit this review, but I doubt they'd leave it up because it's not 5-stars.

It's been a while, I took the time to actually find this post. Remember my username and reset the password just to login and make an update.
Because I wanted to.
After making my original post, they took the time to reach out to me. I didn't even expect my original 3/5 review to stay up or even posted. Most sites would just take anything down if it's not 5-stars from what I can see.
They've reached out, corrected me on my mistake and point out the option I selected wasn't MagSafe. They showed me and I thought to myself, "I wish they made it clearer or brought it into another drop-down menu to select Mag-Safe available options. Instead of putting them all together. I was about to chalk it up to a mistake and I should of read the fine print lesson.
But what happened was, they took the time to write multiple e-mails back to me. To assist me on the right one, explain that they'd work with me to get me the correct one and it would take the same amount of time to send it to me. They did just that, I received it today.
I took a picture and posted both, because they sent me two. I will review two, just to be fair.
- These are both for the IPhone 16 Plus
- The original case without MagSafe, the colors are softer and more pastel like. The edges on the rim aren't bright but more shiny. Almost like a tin-foil.
- The Mag-Safe case has more saturated and brighter colors, the edges on the rims are more metallic and shinier.
They're both good cases, and honestly.. I prefer the pastel over the Mag-Safe design. But that's not saying it's bad or anything.. it just seems to fit the white more. But the convenience of the Mag-safe case is nice, it holds well. As well as the other mag-safe cases I seen. Very sturdy and it doesn't really leave a mark on the case sticking it to random things.
I'm changing my 3/5 to 5/5
My reasoning is.
- They took the time to write and communicate with me, they didn't try to persuade me at all to change my review.
- They left up that 3/5 review up, even though it's my honest opinion and doesn't help their product at all.
- It was a 3/5 because the case was good quality, just felt like I was cheated out of a MagSafe device. It wasn't, it was my mistake.
- They didn't ask me to review the product like it normally does when I made a purchase or it was delivered. They didn't even follow ask me to do anything.
That is why I am changing it to a 5/5 and thank you for everything, it's a great case.
I love this phone case, it came in the right size and looks better then the picture on the website
