Order Processing
Please do make sure your order details are correct
Tsukiya will not be responsible for your Mistakes, Customers are liable for wrong information submitted and Tsukiya will not do exchanges/replacements/refunds for these mistakes due to nature of the product. Please check your order details before placing order or contact us ASAP within 24 Hours if you have entered the incorrect details.
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Weight: Each phone case weighs approximately 0.025kg to 0.04kg, depending on the phone model. Samsung cases may be slightly heavier (around 0.03–0.04kg) due to their larger size. Parcel will be weighed before delivering out from your local courier and also our international courier to your address.
Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed , and have within 24 Hours to check if your order are correct before the case is made and shipped. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. After your order has been shipped no changes to address can be made as Tsukiya has already paid for your shipment.
Tsukiya is not liable if you have entered your address incorrectly. Due to the nature of the product (phone cases), if an incorrect address is provided at the time of purchase, the courier will charge a reshipment fee. This fee will be passed on to the customer. If the customer chooses not to have the order redelivered and requests a refund instead, we will deduct 20% of the order value to cover labor, handling, shipping and other associated costs.

International Shipping
Availability: We currently offer free international shipping to selected countries and areas. Please contact us for more information if your country is not listed at checkout.
Packaging : The Packages and Parcels are Wrapped into our Black Packaging bag with Tsukiya Logo which ensures stronger layering for protection for delivery.

If the parcel remains uncollected after the delivery attempt and is remain uncollected from post, you will be notified. For reshipment, an additional delivery fee will be charged to cover the cost of returning the parcel to our facility and reshipping it to you. This fee must be paid by the customer before the parcel is dispatched again.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Shipping Address Changes
Address Changes: If you need to change the shipping address for your order, please contact us as soon as possible at tsukiyacases@gmail.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped.
Delivery Issues
Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to resolve the issue.
Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at tsukiyacases@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s). We will work with you to resolve the issue.
